I am quite strongly opposed to government indoctrination camps, err... public schools.
I didn't like them for damn good reasons as a child, and homeschooled my children without regret. They were far better educated than their peers, and I had no worries about the abuse that institutions cause, or are vectors of.
This battle will not end here. Indoctrination is necessary to the state, and homeschooling is becoming a threat to the viability of the increasingly oppressive police state America has become. Shots will be fired before this is over.
I expect loving parents to continue to protect their children, despite the demands of abusers insistent on getting their hands on their kids. Stand your ground, and stick to your guns. You are right to be concerned, and undertaking effective action to protect your kids, not only from those deranged individuals that seek to commit terrorist acts (in gun free zones, where children are as helpless as can be arranged), but from the state mental abuse and deranged curricula.
Thanks!
