That lanyard is for the Kaviar brand of ... caviar. Which just happens to be the most delicious thing eva. It's cannabis flowers, drenched (maybe not drenched) in oil (of cannabis) and then rolled in hash.
We normally just get joints of it and sprinkle a little on each bowl. It's like magic.
