No, I only have enjoyed eating it. It’s so tasty. But after seeing your post, I’ll try to use its peelings as you say. Its color as in other fruits is a good signal to think that it contains a big bunch of antioxidants.

Where did you learn so much about fruits? Mangostin is a very unknown one.

Online are articles, some in health publications...although there's not a lot of research to a lot of herbals. If there are, most subjects are rats.
I encourage you to do your own research about everything.

Although i do mix a lot of herbs, i have not seen much contraindications against it. Better check☺
