In my country, Colombia is produced the best coffee of the world, not only because it contains antioxidants in higher quantity, but also its taste and aroma are superior than coffee from other parts of the world.
Recently I’ve been visiting small producers near my home. I found that organic producers are more or less common.
How can a person recognize a organic coffee plantation?
I asked to Carlos Ospina, the owner of the plantation I liked most.
He answered me:
As we do not use poisons of any type, but biological pesticides, like bacteria, funguses, and plant extracts to take control of pests, then the plants and their coffee fruits are not so perfect as those in which poisons are used. so organic plants look with bites and wounds of some invertebrate animals that live on the plants (see the attached pic).
So, soon I’ll offer this coffee toasted in 10 kg packages, ready to grind and prepare delicious and healthy beverages. Of course this product will be offered by homesteaders co-op.
Any person interested?

It's hard to not be interested in organic Columbian coffee. Delivered cost to Oregon is something I would need to know. Thanks!
Thank you. Soon I’ll open the store at Homesteaders co-op

Sounds amazing. I would love some but I am thinking shipping costs to the northern US would be a bit prohibitive.

"In my county" is what country @byronmushrooms? It's hard to know of people might be interested without some idea of shipping costs or import issues? I'm currently enjoying SUPERB Vietnamese highland coffee and normally drink organic forest grown fair trade Thai coffee when I am home in Chiang Mai, Thailand. BUT THE WORLD NEEDS MORE EXCELLENT COFFEE!! :)
Ohh @artemislives, you’re totally right. Thank you for making me realize my mistake. I’ll put the country in the post. You’re a high quality curator as the coffee of my country: Colombia. BTW, I’ve read Vietnamese coffee is excellent.
