Homesteading is a journey. When you first start you want to accomplish so much. You are super eager to get going. We have all been there and done that. Take a deep breath and step back and look what you have accomplished so far. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day and your homestead won't be either. It is a work in progress. And every flock of chickens has a few renegades...BTW you don't say how old the baby is but the terrible teething stage has hit. I used to fashion a sling out of an old flannel sheet (do they even make those anymore) and carry mine around that way while they were teething. May slow work down abit, but at least the baby is safe and comforted and y will develop more muscle :)

He's one and a half...spent a week with a fever cutting those top molars and now I see canines coming in!! And i just learned about 2 yr molars?! I didn't know those were a thing! Ugh! It's non-stop! I should break the baby carrier out again and see if he'll sit still in it. And yes, that's why I like writing these posts! They force me to take a step back and see how far we've come already!!
