That looks like quite the upgrade! How are the ducks doing? Do they get to enjoy the spring?
Mold is pretty nasty stuff. I'm glad to hear you were able to figure out what the issues were and get away from the stuff.
When I was a student, I lived in an old house that had been converted from a church. The basement, a barrel-shapped stone nightmare, was absolutly coatedin black mold and the slum lord wouldn't take care of it.
