So today was a heavy day 3 tons of sand had to be moved so i have enough mortar for the whole house i hope. I live in a very sandy area :)

Certainly a lot of sand around, was it a desert in the past. Sometimes I wonder how else we'll get the fun of building something on our own in the future where AI is about to replace human workers. This looks like fun but will there be other workers helping you out at this phase of the building

For bricklaying it is worth it but not for concrete as we barely have stones here.
So I mainly filter sand for bricklaying not for pouring concrete
