There is a local farm that had a poultry CSA last year. We got a couple of guineas one month and oh my goodness! I thought it might be more "gamey" like a duck or something, but they tasted like a really good chicken. I loved them! Unfortunately, they've had some trouble keeping them around/alive, so we haven't been able to get any since. Once we get our own homestead, guineas are definitely on the short list of animals we want to raise.
