This is too difficult to give just one. ;-) My favorite two are:

Week by Week Vegetable Gardener's Handbook
by Ron and Jennifer Kujawski

The Survival Medicine Handbook, 3rd Edition
by Joseph and Amy Alton

Shamefully (?) enough, I don't have and haven't read the book you're giving away! Maybe I'll be lucky...
