Give it a trial... I just started my weight loss journey 'again' and this vegetable has been of immense help... Skin is getting clearer. I just hope i continue. Thanks for reading @greenrun i truly appreciate.
My weight is under control, I'm always doing a lot of exercises including pushing my luck, running ideas etc. They all keep me fit 😂
