Very nice write up. I look forward to hearing about the implementation of this design. Just wondering though if having all the animals close together in permanent enclosures will lead to some issues with the smell. I guess maybe it depends on how many of each and how big the barnyard is. Seems like you guys have a decent amount of land so maybe it won't be an issue.
My only other thought was maybe instead of using cinderblocks to house the hogs just put up some hog panels with t-posts. Probably be significantly cheaper and would require less labor to set up.
