Land here is very cheap let's say less then 5$ per m2 for agriculture or forest ground you can then convert a percentage of the land in To building ground.
My guess If you built everything yourself you end up spending around 5000-7500pln per m2. In my case that would be 500.000-750.000pln or max 175.000$ + land for very high standards.
