It seems that fermenting is my next calling...some of my favorite posts on Steemit in the last 24 hours have ALL been about fermenting! As a half-asian, I feel it's my duty to make my own kimchi and I'm going to use YOUR recipe to do it! :)

Thats fantastic Kevin! I hope you like it so much! I really do, haha. I'm excited to see how the horseradish will affect the flavor, I'm thinking a wasabi-esque bite will add a whole new level to the flavor matrix.
