Your sunflowers are looking great, so full of seeds in those top 2 photos! I like fall gardening. Some plants that people think of as spring crops do better in the fall, I think -- like spinach, bok choy, and kohlrabi that bolt so easily in the spring, and turnips and carrots that get wireworm pressure in the spring.
Our summers are so dry in the US Pacific Northwest, so I look forward to the return of rain -- irrigation isn't the same! And so many wonderful edible weeds and mushrooms come back with that rain, too.
