I loved your post. I want to add here that i had read in a renown newspaper, a Pakistani newspaper "Mashriq newspaper" which said lemon juice along with baking soda could be 70 times more effective against cancerous calls as compared to chemotherapy.
Love the post, natural remedies are definitely the way to go. I always choose essential oils over anything if possible.

Juicing is amazing! What a great post. We're only now getting tumeric root in South Africa (although I've been buying organic powder for years). So I'm planting the few precious pieces and going to grow my own in one of my herb gardens

I use all of the above with the exception of black pepper for our kombucho. It really does aid in digestion and inflammation. Never thought of using oils in fresh juice. Will have to give it a try. Thank you for great information. 🐓🐓
