Hey it's great to hear your story. I like the sound of you going to a place with trees, my homestead is in Bulgaria and I can't imagine not being surrounded by plants! Composting makes so much sense, these days when I visit friends the idea of flushing all that good potential soil away drives me nuts...
Keep it up, you're doing some amazing stuff
Thanks! Not too mention the wasted water of what 1 to 3 gallons per flush? Septic really is much more than a tank for human waste, it's a money pit as well.
nice to see you in this video brother, I had no experience of this, but you really did it great to standing alone, I like far places and a space which you feel freedom, I hope everything going well for you and your family!
I wish you luck brother
Peace \m/
Thank you so very much brotha! <3
peace!
Hey mate! It’s really inspirational seeing your drive and passion to accomplish living off the grid , I think you’ve done an amazing job so far and yeah getting something like this right the first time would be near impossible .. I can’t even imagine the challenge it must be, you should be proud of what your doing here mate! It’s an inspiration to us all.
Thanks bro, I hate to think of the money wasted learning that lesson, but this will at least be a place I can pass on to someone else when I sell it and it'll have what parts of it I got right in it plus the traditional septic system. It really hurt once when my toilet kept running and wasted 100s of gallons of water plus drained extra power from my batteries from the water pump kicking on too much. Next time I'm starting more primitive and doing every single thing myself.
