They smell exactly like a carrot and apparently you can spice food with the tops too. It's comparable to parsley.
Oh thats pretty cool. Kinda off subject but have you tried onion flowers or chive flowers? They are great in salad!
Mmmm no I haven't put the flowers to use, but we do grow chives, thank you for the suggestion!!
