Last friday we went to to Dinky's Amish Auctions to see what they had and to show my in laws a little country culture. They had several auctions going on at once in different pole barns and outside. We didn't buy any auctioned items but we did go home with some mini peach pies and and some snacks. I plan to go back and make some lumber purchases and other small things we could use around the farm. We may even get goats next year from this place. The picture below is one of the horses they had that I think was an albino. I've never seen a white horse with both blue eyes before, kinda neat.
here's a link to their website in case anyone is in the area and wants to have a nice friday evening.

yes, that is what she looked like. I do not know much about horses but I know it was beautiful. Thank you for enlightening me :)
Very nice
thank you
Cool post!
I'm glad you think so. Thank you for commenting :)
I was so excited for this post. Haha You have to do another post about it soon. I have only been to one livestock auction and it was overwhelming, really. And EXPENSIVE. I would have thought it would have been a bit more cheap. But no. Hah. I would love to see much more! Thanks!!!!
okay! thank you for the feedback, I don't really know what content my 96 followers (5 ppl that actually read my posts) like to see so it's helpful to have requests. They auction every Friday so maybe next week I'll go and get more pictures and prices for you :)
NO problem! But really, the best content is whatever naturally comes out of your fingers! whispers If you build it, they will come. ;) Haha
i never see before as well, thanks for sharing.
