Actually its not simple math after you get your survey you next have to go to your neighbors and adjoining properties owners and see what their surveys say, 2 acres don't just appear out of no where they came from somewhere.
Now your neighbors have to agree or contest so basically you still have 16 acres till till you figure out where the 2 acres came from.
If your mortgage says 16 acres then its 16 acres
Its all on the paper. When they wrote up the sale ad they mis calculated the land size. Its very simple. And my mortgage shows a lot of things that you dont need to know :)
You for get all your records are public and they all say 16 acres not 18, so it means your lying yet again.
Then you do the math and see for yourself.
Your county records say its 16 acres, so automatically if anyone looks it up they will see you made up the 2 acres.
Makes you look like you lied once again. and of course it make you look bad.
And you wonder why your reputation on steem it is going down and people are turning against you.
But were still friends right?
Well, thats because I have not yet changed it online. Who cares? So what if it is 16, 17 or 18.
I mean why is it such a big deal to you?
It has nothing to do with this video.
You don't change the recording, the assessors office does with filing of the deed. That would have been done at closing. Unless you purchased 2 acres and filed a deed it can't be changed just because you want to. Has to be done through paperwork. Posted deed filings are usually done <30 days.
Well, I am not going to share with you all the details especially since it has nothing to do with this video.
Have a nice day and thank you for posting :)
It is a big deal! I was the one who asked and your answers don't make sense. If you are showing your daily life and discover 2 extra acres people want to know what you did about it, how it was discovered. What is wrong with just answering? 2 acres is a lot of land! My house sits on 1/2 acre and that is nothing to sneeze at.
Thank you for sharing your opinions. Have a nice day.
Till its changed it makes it look like you are lying. But its ok, its not my reputation
Thank you for sharing your opinion. Have a good day now :)
Yes his explanation seems odd. I don't see how the listing could be wrong since it comes from title work. And a survey on raw land would be expensive. One cannot just pull 2 acres out of thin air and 2 acres is massive. I wonder if his sheds are on an adjoining property? The houses it says sits on 1.05 acres. He should check on this. I wonder if his property taxes will be adjusted also? The government doesn't let anyone not pay their fare share.
