Sinabawang Chayote with oil, garlic, onion and onion leaves,. Chayote is also known has a high in fiber, provides essential vitamins and also source of trace menirals..
My Fried Dried Fish with oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes and venegar for perfectly taste..
At yan ang Ulam namin sa gabing ito dahil minsan gusto mong magtipid sa budget pero masarap at may mga vitamins kapang nakukuha..
