Hope we can have dispensaries here too. Hope that they can allow it for recreational purposes as well. Medical marijuana was approved in the congress, that's a start. Hopefully the senate will do as well. Thanks for sharing! I would really think that as soon as they legalize it here in the Philippines, it would really be a good investment.
