We built a clay oven this past summer, and we absolutely love it. We have made so many pizzas in there, and guests always comment that it is among the best pizza they have ever tasted. Something about that wood fire.
The one thing I would change is how big I made the opening. I really like how large the opening is on your oven. And this post reaffirms the importance of having a big enough door - being able to roast chickens!
