Love it! I have made beef jerky before, and it is WAY better than anything you can buy in the store. I just suspended the strips of beef from the oven rack with the oven on very low (I put a toothpick through each strip of beef and then those toothpicks rested on the racks and suspended the beef). Haven't tried the dehydrator way, yet!

I like the toothpick and oven idea. I find it interesting that most homemade items taste better!

Oh, and on an unrelated note, you asked about how long the sunflower oil lasts. We are still using the oil I pressed back when I did the video, and it is still great. So that is a good month (the video went up on Dec. 31, but one of the jars had already been sitting for almost a week). Pressing more oil today, probably.
