In the vegitable rut is so true! when you make the choise to only eat what you grow you become seasonal in your eating habits, not only do you look forward to each season, and all the tastes that come with it. Your body gets to experience the diversity of what you have planted for each season. You get different vitamins and minerals from each plant and each animal you raise, which in turns make you healthier. Great post keep up the good work!
