you were gone, evicted and the land was advertised for sale. Find any attorney that will fight that- you can't. Prospective home buyers often walk the lawn and look in windows. No laws broken but you are trying to turn it into something it isn't. Now if Marcia wanted to try and do something about it thats another thing but you were gone, kicked off the property for non payment. Not saying Marcia would have a leg to stand on but she is the legal owner- you never were. Just a renter. The land contract was never recorded so never legal.
