That's great to hear kombucha also helped you with your stomach issues! I have heard that same comment from so many people ever since we started drinking kombucha on a regular basis and finding others who also love this beverage. My bottles explode on me a few time when I use fruit juices, so I only use actual fruit now. Have you have a problem with bottles exploding? Do you burp your bottles daily?
I have two continuous brewers, but I stop using them to brew kombucha. I store good quality, very low PH starter liquid in them now because with a continuous brewer, you get kombucha in two days and we just can't keep up with it. Ginger is a must have with kombucha in my opinion.
An occasional overly fizzy bottle happens sometimes. Can’t live without the ginger. It is so refreshing and great for the stomach. 2 days is a fast turnaround. Mine is about 4 days. 🐓🐓
