Have you checked into bees? With all those wild flowers you would get some awsome uniquely flavored honey.

We have a guy from the local village with 10 or so hives there. I just let him use the land so he gives me honey jars from time to time. It's DELICIOUS. I can't wait to have my own bees up there too!
