I loved hearing your story too! And I also hope your dreams come true. My husband and I are in central Texas and are doing just this, we have a dug a well, dug a pond, (called a tank here) planted a garden, raising a small flock of chickens and put in connections for RVs or tiny homes. We are trying get of debt to build a log home on the farm. I need to set up a blog to document our journey, but am busy canning tomatoes, peppers, etc. So keep the faith on your journey...
