You could always try the cream sauce I mention in my post:

Cream-Dill Sauce

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup finely chopped dill
2 cups whipping cream
salt and pepper

Lightly sauté the onion in the butter. Add the cream. When it comes to a boil, add the dill and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
