It was a sunny Sunday morning. I woke up full in energy wanted to hit the gym but i had a better idea though. I put the radio on my favorite dance radio station and started doing the warm up i do in pole dancing and at the same time i was dancing in every song so as to put out the energy i had! I was so excited that the warm up gone well so i decided to find my TRX bands and do some full body strengthening exercises. When i heard my favorite song on the radio while i was doing plank abs i wanted to do some moves we do in pole dancing and so i did my splits in the rhythm of the music! The feeling i had in the end is unspeakable like every time i try something hard or new and in the end i manage doing it! This is the magic that pole and contemporary dance have. You reveal your emotions, you stay healthy and you get creative everytime :)
