Have you lost all your hope ?

Have you really lost all hopes and now you don't want to see up again. I know it is difficult time for you but always remember that when you have lost everything and when you think all is lost, there is always hope.

My advise to you, just go to bed and lie down and fall sleep before you fall apart. If you think that hope is faded, it is only difficult time. So before you give up, think about the reason why you held so long.

We don't know what tomorrow will bring for us. Go back and find yourself again.
