@eurogee, this is an amazing and excellent info. As a minnow, I have seen areas where I need to adjust such as upvoting authors without giving comments on their work, checking my blog every minute which at times gives me serious heartache seeing that some who I follow don't even vote my work. I am determined not to give up boss!
