Thats a great idea. We love to cook in our dutch ovens! I have always had one of those folding ovens though for when we go camping!

oh dutch ovens work great for this. get a large one and a small one. place a trivet inside the big dutch oven then set smaller dutch oven inside on the trivet. add some water between the pots now bake a big ole cake :)
