Meditation is the key to ultimate relaxation. I have been doing it myself for nearly a year now and I feel much more confident in myself and what I could achieve.
Mediation also boosts your creativeness so if your writing a blog words may come through your head at a faster pace therefore writing better content. I know many people who medidate and its a good method to release all the stress and anxiety that an individual has.
Everyone who is trying to get into mediation should know that its not easy , takes practice and with alpha/beta waves music this can be achieved at a much faster rate. I could write whole essays about meditation but Ill leave that for next time ;)
