In this case, if the condition is not addressed properly, it will increase thr rate of morbidity and mortality.
This will reflect how bad the health care practice especially on lifestyle which an scratch the image of the image of the ministry of health in you place.

After i read about the hypertension disease, the reseaech and articles, realized that the prevalence of hypertension disease has increase year by year until now whereas some of the hypertension disease are preventable especially cause by modifiable bevarioral factor such as lifestyle.
Therefore, i came out with an idea to implement the physical activity which exercise aerobic at you workplace, 30 minutes every three times a week before going back home.
Maybe there are some organization or companies already implememt this kind of action. But here, in steemit maybe as a new idea for you, my followers, or who ever read my post.
My opinion to bosses, manager or leader, please considered to implement this action in you company for yoi staaf/employee.

The main aim (short/medium) of this programme is to maintain the blood pleasurre consequently to raise the awareness and knowledge as well encouraged the to adopt healthy life style.
The long term objective is a result of these change, that is, can decreased morbidity and mortality from disease related to lifestyle.
Other example:
Reduced body weight/maintains BMI.
Target group
Choose you group. For the start, you can choose one or two target group. An example:
*All staff/employee.
For big companies:
- Those who have a high risk of hypertension: excess weight or family history of hypertension.
*Age group 30 and above (an optional target group)
Location/place
This is the important part here. It's depended on how many people who join.
My recomended, do it in open space. If you workplace dont have suitable place, then you may reconsider to do other type of activities.
Or you may considered to rent somewhere place. I mean, it's up to you actually.
Evaluating the action
Before the exercise has started, all the participants must take the body weight/BMI/Blood Preassure(BP) manually and it will be recorded.
In the meantime, the body weight/BMI/BP will takennagain once a week and this will be conduct by the team to make a comparison.
Long term achivement(an optional)
In order ti ensure this invention and change wheter or not effective, i suggest that you must monitor the trend or ratio of body weight/BMI/BP result by doing case study/research after all this invention was started.

It may be taken six month month or untill one year period to have a result and this will be the benchmark whether or not this programme is effective.
The aim is to compare the results of body weight/BMI/BP before and after doing aerobic exercises and to identify whether or not with physical activity can maintain the normal blood preassure.
Moreover, in the meantime, this action will increase the awareness how dangerous of this disease and the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle through physical exercise.
This is an evaluating strategy to analysis of the evidence on the outcome of the programme to make an judgment about their performance.
The problem
However, I identify some of the barrier factor to the success and progress of the program.
The factor that may inhibit the progress of this program is no ongoing commitment from the participants.
In this case, participants will be significantly reduced from time to time lead to the possibility of this program will be not permanent.
In addition, in the big companies, the exchange of workplace factors among participants of this program will make it difficult to evaluate the results and ultimately hard to make improvements and enhancements to the programme.
It also leads to the study conducted not had an accurate results because of the participants are constantly changing.

Suggest to the management (Director/Bosses) to make this programme as a compulsory for all employees. In addition, the management can create the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to all the staff who attributed as a participant to ensure all the staff has take the role and contribute on these programme.
