Today at Tristate MMA/BJJ (http://www.tsmmabjj.net/), Professor Marcio Bittencout taught a seminar showing many Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense techniques, but in my opinion the technique in this video is the coolest. In this technique you attack your opponents guard by shooting for Double Under and then stack your opponent up on their shoulders. From here you place your foot close to your opponent, establish one grip on your opponents pants near their belt and another grip on their pants near their ankle. Once the position is stabilized, you release the ankle grip, raise your leg and swing it across and cross your shin on their far side hamstring and roll out. One of your legs will hook their waist and on the other leg your instep elevates their other leg. Once the roll is complete you can establish your second hook to finalize the position.
After Marcio shows the technique a few times he has Ian Brofsky show the position (even through at this point he had never seen it down except for when it was being done on him), Ian was able to pull it off on the first try. After this Marcio asked Frank "The Bully" Aiello to give it a shot, and even after seeing it several time he was not able to get it on the first try. Once this was done everyone at the seminar spend about 15 minutes drilling this technique before moving on to the next one.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Professor Marcio Bittencourt for sharing some of his vast knowledge with us today, thank you professor Oss!

Haha yah! I find myself in the double under position all the time and will DEFINITELY try this.
It is amazing how a mountain of youtube technique almost turns into noise but the gems I have found from STEEMit and Dtube have been things I am building into my game with great success.
Thanks for sharing!
Same here, whenever I am rolling with someone with really good guard retention I switch to going under the guard instead of over. I took so much video from the 2.5 hours of this seminar but I hoarding most of the techniques, lol. After I hit one of them in competition I will do a video on it, lol. I am glad you enjoyed the video friend. Oss!
nice
Right though? So cool, I am so glad to have been there to see this.

Hi @embomb701 ,
I love your video of BJJand it is really usefull. Me personaly love Aikido but for sparring BJJ is better.
What do you think about Aikido?
Akido is cool, I actually use some wrist lock take-downs from Akido. Check out this video, I use a Akido wrist lock to take my opponent down https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=UVVHu9fihnQ.
The greatest strength of Jiu Jitsu over other forms for Martial arts is that one can spar hard every day unlike striking martial arts that would cause injury
Here is something interesting from my country. Real Aikido.
check it .... maybe you will like it. It is something like combined some of several similar arts with aikido basis. SelfdefenceReal Aikido. From my country where combined several similar arts with aikido basis... Maybe you like it.
Did the white Gi guy lose a bet?
I love it, I feel bad for the guy getting demonstrated on, lol. Very cool demonstration.
That is the beauty. Moving saves you and here see how it would be when would Aikido would be used a little bit rough then normal. Definetly the moving is a key. No sparring in Aikido - you dont need one after those locks and tecniques but even if it looks harsh it isnt too much.
Yes, the moment is key, I read about Aikido and the concept of circular motion I found it very interesting.
