Today's videos is a little different but was highly requested, so here I am showing you 2 of my favourite healthy snack recipes! I hope you enjoyed it and found it helpful; stay healthy and happy everyone xxx
Recipes Cookie Dough Balls :
- 1 Cup Of Rolled Oats
- 1 Can Of Chickpeas, Rinsed Thoroughly
- 3 Medjool Dates, Soaked In Warm Water
- Optional : Cacao Nibs
Coconut Yogurt Parfait:
- Weetbix/another Non-sugary Cereal of Choice Or Granola
- Coconut Yogurt
- Your Favourite Fruit
- Toppings Such As Cacao Nibs, Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, etc.
- You May Want To Add Some Maple Syrup To Your Coconut Yogurt If It Is Not Sweet Enough for you :-)
