Material:
150 grams of margarine
25 grams of palm sugar
50 grams of fine sugar
100 grams of ambon banana (skinless weight)
3 eggs
150 grams of medium protein flour
1 tsp baking powder
50 grams of chocolate chip (I replace chocolate chips)
3-4 pieces of banana ambon, to be styled based cake
How to make :
Beat margarine, palm sugar, and refined until soft sugar. While waiting, puree the banana ambon (which is 100 grams). I puree the banana using a clean glass bottom.
After the dough is soft, enter the banana ambon. Shake well. Then add the eggs one by one alternately with some wheat flour while sifted and shaked flat.
Add the remaining wheat flour and baking powder and whisk it gently.
Add the chocolate chip. Stir well.
Cut bananas and Tata bananas based on paper-based cake. (I use a 20 * 20cm baking tin)
Bake the cake for 35 minutes or until cooked with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius (bottom flame only). After the cake is cooked, turn over the cooling rack. Remove the paper. Mmmhh, the scent of banana fragrance filled the room.
