Depending on what the going rate is or shall I say the HIGHEST BIDDER\PROMOTED
click on promoted tab on your top left and you will see how much was spent on the FIRST post and clicking now on the drop down menu next to the Dollar Amount, something like:
Potential Payout $7.22
in 6 days
Promotion Cost $104.06
