Cash like Paper BTC notes were available from a range of providers before regulators interfered.
No reason they can't become available in a friendly jurisdiction like in El Salvador.
SO let me rephrase, someone wants usd cash. Under this new system they can't, they're coerced to accept btc if the customer wants that. Bitcoiners should be pushing back against coercion, not celebrating it just because they happen to like what is being coerced, otherwise we are no longer champions of freedom.
