Recently, during Christiano dos Santos Aveiro Ronaldo's Medicals in Italy (Juventus Football Club) it was reported that irrespective of his age (33years Old) that he has the fitness and agility of a 20year old boy!

We all know how he breaks and sets new record lately in the world of football, despite the fact that he's aging just like any other person. I will tell you the secret, just follow me to the next paragraph.

He has developed his capacity and human capital that even when he is aging he is still performing wonders. Do you think it is because of his physical training?

Yes it is! but aside from that, developing your human capital and capacity has a way of wiring your mind to adapt to discipline and development that you subject yourself to. Both mentally, physically and otherwise.

Psychosomatic illness is the sickness of the body due to the weakness of the mind. If you permit me to create my own term, I will say that ' Psychosomatic healthiness is the healthiness of the body due to the healthiness of your mind.

How much do you contribute in developing yourself, your capacity, your human capital, your mind?

How much do you do to fill your skill-kit?

How obsessed are you to take yourself to the next level?

What you are now,
what you know now,
what you can do now, is not enough until you make your self-development a habit! This is only when your mind is wired to operate from the super-conscious (Path to creativity) part of your mind.

Until you create a neuro-path in your brain where your creative juices can flow by developing your brain extensively based on the area of your maximum functionality, you cannot function beyond normale!

You need to be abnormal to be seen as normal in the 21st century.

The only way you can do that is to develop your capacity continuously!
