You ever sit back and watch the world happen around you... I mean like just stop, take a few breaths and really just think about what's going on today... Looking at people and how they act and react to things... I do and to be honest.. Motherfuckers really just be getting on my nerves... folks just don't have a clue anymore.. I do tho..
I really want to fight the good fight... I'm an activist in my community.. As a Black man I have to be careful cause I usually end up offending the people I call myself fighting for lol. I'm a conspiracy theorist, I don't believe much of anything I see, hear or read... like it's way past popular conspiracies too.. they are my own.. shit that's just in MY head. I mean as a Black power dude, I'm not supposed to like Pres. Trump but, I really don't have a problem with him.. maybe he's not really racist.. maybe it's a conspiracy by the media. From a policy standpoint he's done some really good things.. he just sucks at delivery.. What if he's really one of the best presidents ever.. wouldn't that be hard to explain...? People are funny too.. they think they are better than him because he lies.. I mean damn who doesn't? I been saying no to shit I did since I could talk... but really.. no one is any better than anyone else.. I guess it feels good to think that you're a better person than the president.. I guess. You're not tho.. we all suck in some form or fashion.
I often want to retire from my self proclaimed activist status, Well I guess it's really not self proclaimed that's what they called me in the newspaper when I ran for mayor a couple of years ago lol.. that really went over well in the south.. No. I didn't win... I mean if I did.. I wouldn't be sitting here typing this. I'd be doing some late night mayoristic shit or something, I guess.
I'm really just rambling.. I got a lot to say but I'm trying to care enough to type it... I have a whole different understanding of the world after a municipal campaign, working with statewide candidates behind the scenes and being heavily involved locally. Behind the scenes to some degree is cool... not being Mayor was a blessing in disguise, I guess... that job seems kinda boring.. I'm mean you get to do some cool stuff but sitting in meetings every tuesday is not my cup of tea right now... maybe when I get older and can't move around as well.. but not now. One thing I do know now is nothing is ever what it seems.. I just gotta keep doin me...
I'm working on a couple of cool projects... my digital signage company should explode this year and I'm authoring a great proposal that could change my city substantially for the future. I wonder if they'll get it.. I'm a lot smarter than I sound, I guess. Sometimes I'm slightly over peoples head or in most cases a few years ahead of my time... I gotta get my timing on that down a lil better smh... speaking of which I'm just about out of it for the night.
No, I haven't smoked anything... I wish I would have tho.. cause this blog would be better.. I guess.
