Going away for a few days so I've picked a bunch of salad today to try to use it up, there's still so much left...
Tried to make a little before and after gif.
The tomatoes are finally starting to show some signs of improvement. The dark green colour has lightened up a bit and the new leaves aren't as curled up anymore. I'm still going to keep them on a plain water diet for another 4-5 days.
Cucs are forming nicely, looks like they're settling in a 1 per week schedule. (bit annoying the pic is on a side, doesn't matter how I rotate it, steemit just likes them in that position).
Emboldened by last week's success I've made another smoothie.
The only difference is that I've added some bananas and a bit of spinach to it this time.
So.. there's mint, lemon balm, strawberries, lettuce, spinach, cucumber and banana.
Blitzed them up ... and that's it!
Good stuff, made about 3 times as much as last week and it actually worked as my lunch. Didn't really need anything after gobling this down.

@costopher Awesome looking smoothie, you have there. I will coin this the Foamy Gmoothie. I will make this recipe for the kids tomorrow.
