Yep, if you start reading enough stock market disclosures it's disturbing how many companies are using cheap finance for stock buy backs, artificially inflating stock price.
Combine this with CEO compensation tied to stock price and you have a perverse incentive guiding a negative feedback loop.
I feel sick anytime I look at the SP500, we're in a massive bubble.
