βοΈ It was one fine morning in June, while scrolling through Facebook I saw a post of Ineffable N.V. about a Free Virtual Internship.
I stopped and read the post for more information. It would be a full-time internship for 8 weeks in the period of July 4th to August 31.
As you may or may not know already by now, I have many social media accounts:
- Facebook:
personal account: Grace E. Karijodiwirijo
makeup account: Looking Gracious by Ema
BAGUS: Brendan and Grace fb page
- Instagram:

Having a YouTube channel, make up channel and managing all my different accounts became overwhelming sometimes, so I felt like I needed help with all of that. Not only that, I also wanted to increase my social media skills and manage all my social media projects.
Thankfully the internship would allow me to learn all the necessary skills I needed.
So I registered to apply for the internship.π
After waiting for longer than a week, I got called by one of the employees from Ineffable N.V. , Damiero Kartodimedjo, to offer me the news that I was selected to join the internship. I couldn't be happier to hear the news. I was all excited but also very nervous.
Our first picture together.
π The first zoom meeting was a little scary to me, because I didn't know if I was going to make new friends or see some people I know. Luckily I knew a few people already, @lydiannreso , @sabmw and @haojun.zhu. The interns were a little shy at first but after a few days Lydi-ann decided to make an interns' only group chat, so we could communicate easily and help each other. Not long after that we all opened up and started to talk to each other on the daily.
Our first physical meet'n greet where we finally got to meet our fellow interns and the Ineffable team July 15, 2022.
So week 1 to 5 was a little intense. We had to watch different online trainings and make online tests, we had to learn how to use new platforms like Slack and Asana, make different social media related assignments, create content, learn how to manage a project for a client and of course learn about Hive.
Well the last three weeks, that's where it got interesting. I had to work on three different projects for two different clients, Social Media Conference Suriname 2022(SMCS22) and Jeanluc.sr (Social Confoes).
I was a project manager for Social confoes and volunteers coordinator for SMCS22.
The tasks were quite challenging and stressful at first due to some communication issues but luckily I managed to finish all of my assignments in time.

I would like to give a huge shout out to miss Ashley Naraine and Manuella Ronokarijo, who mentored and supervised us throughout this whole internship. It was also great to get to know the other people from Ineffable N.V.
πI appreciate all the effort.
As for my fellow interns I had the pleasure of working with...
π @lydiannreso has always been such a fun and bubbly person. Even though I already knew her, this internship allowed us to become closer and share a lot of our knowledge with each other. It was also really fun to work with her on the TikTok videos for SMCS22 and Social confoes.
π I had a wonderful time working with @sabmw for our TikTok assignment (educational assignment). We also got the chance to bond and learn more about each other.
π @shambb is such a nice person and very talented at his makeup skills. I was really happy that he was in the group for the SMCS22 TikTok videos.
π Working with @kafie was really pleasant. She's really chill and we had amazing teamwork. I'm grateful that I had her as my partner while working as volunteer coordinators for SMCS22.
π Lastly, I want to thank my new friend @lucianodoest, who was literally my day one in this internship. When he introduced himself, talking about being an environmentalist, I immediately asked my cousin (who is also one) if she knew who he was. She told me a little more about him and I sent him a WhatsApp message... And since that day we became good friends.
My first Ineffable Friday!π
π«My overall experience was good, because I got to learn a lot about project management. All in all I'm grateful that I got the opportunity to increase my skills that I'll surely use to my advantage.β€οΈ
I'm truly grateful to be #alive. πThank you so much for reading my blog.
It has been a hell of a ride!

Dear @lookinggracious, we need your help!
The Hivebuzz proposal already got important support from the community. However, it lost its funding a few days ago and only needs a few more HP to get funded again.
May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work this year?
You can do it on Peakd, ecency,

Your support would be really appreciated.
