Spending time with family is something I really cherish, especially with those I rarely see. School holidays are the only time we can meet, sit together, and share stories. The nights feel so short, and there’s never enough time to talk about everything. Last night, we shared stories about so many things we couldn’t talk about throughout the year.
However, dealing with Meniere's disease isn’t easy. Over the past few days, I’ve had several attacks. I’ve started keeping notes of foods that trigger my dizziness. I’ve had to take medication, lie down, and sleep to recover after eating or drinking things I used to enjoy, but now suddenly cause me trouble.
