That should be a level up for me. Level 1, 12 xp/200 towards next level (6% progress, 112 total xp).
Try sending a little steem or SBD if can, lets see what happens. I'll send it back.
Don't send too much though as I haven't test much passed level2 and haven't finished code pas level 5 currently
