150 g raspberries
150 g berries
150 g strawberries
65 g of crystal sugar
80 ml of water
30 ml lime juice
Single leaves of mint
RECIPE
Heat the water, sugar and lime juice into a saucepan until the sugar is melted.
Let cool down.
Mince the mint leaves.
Pure the fruit together with the mint and stir the sugar.
Fill the molds to 1 cm below the edge. Insert a wooden stick in each mold and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
