As this is my first post on this platform and I'm getting to grips with the ins and outs of everything, here's a little intro post more to prove to myself that I can write more than a text message and that I've mastered this (well, maybe that's a bit strong) blockchain thingymabobbamy.
I'm a self-published romance writer who loves dogs, coffee and wine. I moved to the Land of Fire and Ice, Iceland last year to be closer to my Viking husband's tribe and so far it's going well. It's pretty expensive, but the fresh air, clean water and spectacular scenery at every turn make up for that.

Since living in Iceland, I've become obsessed with two things: the first being the patterns found in Icelandic woolly jumpers (random, I know) which has prompted me to start a crafting business designing my own kits.
The second is the need to tell all the tourists that come here, as well as all the tourists that plan to come here how to be a better tourist and not p*ss off the locals. My second obsession has resulted in my deviation from the world of romance lit to my recent alternative ebook guide to Iceland to help us all get along nicely together.

Welcome! WIth a background as a writer, I'm sure you will feel very welcome here, at least once you get some exposure. Icelandic jumper patterns are indeed a bit addictive, so an obsession with those is very understandable. We have those in Norway too, so I know what I'm talking about. I think.
