Hexagram 10 of the iChing is an image of;
'Heaven above, lake below: Treading.
A noble one differentiates above and below,
And makes a place for the people's aspiration.'
This digital edit reminded me of my recent reading inquiry, how to embrace my creativity and manifest results. I was on a mountain when I took the photo, hexagram 41, decreasing, is mountain over lake. Then in my edit I reflected the sky and created a lake, and it became heaven over lake. Not until I came to share the digital art did I realize I made manifest my reading in a small subtle way.
Decreasing makes sense, rid myself of all that is unnecessary, let go of burdens and obligations to make room for what is to come. Treading makes sense, the tigers tail metaphor reminds me of living on the edge of chaos. In order to evolve and adapt we must dance with danger. My art thrives on this concept although I do live in much of a comfort zone these days.
What I am not understanding is the changing lines.
Line 4
'Decreasing your affliction,
Sending the message swiftly brings rejoicing – not a mistake.'
Line 5
'Maybe increased by ten paired tortoise shells,
Nothing is capable of going against this.
From the source, good fortune.'
My affliction is likely my ptsd and anxiety which has ripped me away from a true connection to the divinity of the source I once tapped into for creation. Yet swift messages do not line up with anything I can perceive. Ten tortoise shells must have an idiomatic reference I am unaware of, but the line that nothing can go against this gives me hope that this progress I am after is coming with certainty.
We don't know what we don't know. There are possibilities I am not seeing. I will disperse with the unneccessary bit by bit, brick by brick, and open the way for the tiger.

Wow! The colors! Where is this?

It exists only in digital. The original photo is from bald peak facing west. The reflection replaced a dirt road and the colors were modified with chroma lab.
Amazin'. Need MOR
